Shipping Policy – Gemma Bear Stories

Thank you for supporting Gemma Bear Stories! We’re so excited to share our books and products with you. Please read our shipping information below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (depending on your location)
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (metro areas)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Pre-Orders

If you’ve purchased a pre-order item (for example, during a new book release), your order will be shipped as soon as the stock arrives. Estimated delivery dates will be noted on the product page.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We do our best to ensure every parcel arrives safely and on time. However, Gemma Bear Stories cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact us at hello@gemmabearstories.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Gemma Bear Stories is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
