Please note that we have a no returns policy. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or accidental purchases.
However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re happy to provide a replacement or refund. To arrange this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@gemmabearstories.com.au, including your order details and a clear photo of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
